Introduction

Andrew Reynolds
Global Chairman and Chief Executive UK & Europe
We passionately believe that RLB should be an environment where everyone can be themselves, feel valued for their contribution, and be challenged, supported and inspired to reach their full potential.
This is why progressive strategies designed to promote equality, diversity and inclusion are embedded in every part of the business. We are committed to transparency in the pathways to professional development and promotion. We are playing an active part in encouraging underrepresented groups to seek careers in the construction industry.
We recognise there is still more to do, as we acknowledge in this report. One of our priorities is to improve the way we capture and analyse data on the ethnicity balance across all salary bandings within RLB. With better data on ethnicity, we will be able to develop better policies to ensure fairness, consistency and opportunity for all.
We will continue to take positive steps like this. It’s this commitment to diversity and inclusion that underpins our vision of creating a better tomorrow by shaping the future of the built environment.
I confirm that the information contained in this document is, to the best of my knowledge and ability, accurate.
