At Rider Levett Bucknall, we are in the business of making progress happen for our clients, communities and colleagues.

We make progress because we are inspired by our values: Truth, Trust, Together, Tomorrow. These are not just words to us; they are the values we chose to live by. They inform our decision-making every single day, guiding us to deliver excellence, drive positive change and always do the right thing.

Promoting diversity, equity and inclusion sits at the core of our values, which is why we are working hard to build a diverse and inclusive workforce and close the ethnicity pay gap. In this report, we set out the progress we have made up until the year ending 5 April 2024.

We recognise we can and must do better. We will continue to invest in the personal and professional development of all our people and take steps to ensure RLB is a fair place to work. We will remain an active partner in cross-industry initiatives that encourage underrepresented groups to seek careers in the construction industry. And we will take further steps to improve the way we capture and analyse data on ethnicity pay.

As an independent, 100% employee-owned business, our culture is built around enabling everyone to succeed. We work to achieve this by ensuring fairness, transparency and opportunity for all.

We, the undersigned, confirm that the data contained in this document is to the best of our knowledge and ability, accurate.
