Benchmarking and accreditations

We strive constantly to promote diversity, equity and inclusion at RLB and in the built environment sector by working towards recognised accreditations, measuring our performance against others, and actively participating in industry networks and campaigns.

We hold the Gold Standard accreditation from Investors in People, a global benchmark for organisations that prioritise their people and create a supportive work environment.

RLB has also been recognised for the 19th consecutive year as one of the UK’s Top Employers by the Top Employers Institute, is an accredited Living Wage Employer, and a member of the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion, the only employer-led membership organisation advising on all aspects of equality and inclusion in the workplace.
