Our Values

Where people make progress

Click on each of the values below to learn more:

Truth

Curious Minds use critical thinking to objectively seek out the truth.

Our pursuit of the truth gets to the ‘why’ so we can focus on outcomes.

We speak the truth.

Trust

Curious Minds embrace creativity and trust different perspectives.

It is creativity that allows us to partner to bring our clients’ imagination to life.

We build for the long term.

Together

Curious Minds bring together diverse thinkers to drive better outcomes.

We come together with colleagues and external collaborators to solve complex problems.

We look out for each other.

Tomorrow

Curious Minds make progress happen and actively seek out a better tomorrow.

We embrace lifelong learning and recognise that “tomorrow” requires change.

We work to do good.

Curious Minds work to do good

At RLB we work to do good. We’re here to make a long lasting positive impact on our communities and planet. We are pleased to be embracing our Corporate Social Responsibility objectives while developing Curious Minds.

We have set up two key initiatives:

LEGO® RePlay

LEGO® RePlay is a repurposing scheme run by LEGO® who: “partner with incredible donation networks to ensure your LEGO bricks reach children in need. Your donation helps kids build, dream, and explore new worlds.”

Our offices host LEGO® “amnesties” and encourage colleagues to bring once loved toys back into use. We pool collections to send back via the RePlay scheme.

Institute of Imagination

We are working with the commercial arm of the Institute of Imagination (iOi) to provide training to RLB colleagues. The iOi is a well-established and pioneering education charity. They work with parents, teachers, youth and community leaders and academics, designing and delivering creative workshops across the arts, sciences and digital technologies (STEAM) for children aged 5-11 years old. These experiences empower children today to believe they can build a just, fair and sustainable world tomorrow.
